Going to truffles ... this is the healthy and unusual passion of the then adolescents Carlo and Marco, today proud owners of the farm Ercolani. Passion that now also animates children, together with the common desire to protect natural environments. Thanks to the reserved collection of truffles, many areas of our company and of the Montepulciano area are protected from deforestation, from the use of herbicides and from the now inevitable environmental degradation.
Throughout the year, in the months authorized to harvest, you can participate in the search for truffles. At the end of the experience it will be possible to buy the truffle just found or why not, let yourself be tempted by delicious traditional recipes in the La Corte Medicea restaurant to savor all the body of a good dish with fresh truffle: the well-deserved reward after the effort of the search!
