Our Olive groves
Leccino, correggiolo, moraiolo, olivastra and marino are the 5 most important varieties of olive trees present in about 6 hectares of land. The utmost respect for the territory and its products has always animated the dedicated work of the farm Ercolani which manually collects the olives and adopts the traditional sapling pruning. The cold pressing of the olives takes place within just 3 days of being picked, a trick that keeps intact all the taste of extra virgin olive oil and its unmistakable fresh aroma.
